Genuinely free, no spending required. To celebrate launching their official LINE account, DeNA is giving ¥500 to anyone who links their DeNA account to LINE. Takes about two minutes. Here’s how.
The deal
Add DeNA’s official LINE account (“DeNAアカウントお知らせ”) as a friend and complete the link to your DeNA account. You get ¥500 in DeNA cash, credited within about one week of linking.
∙ Period: May 26 – July 31, 2026 (11:59 PM)
∙ Who qualifies: First-time friend-adds of the official LINE account who complete the account link during the period
∙ Note: DeNA can end or change this without notice, so don’t leave it to the last day
How to do it
1. Have (or create) a free DeNA account
2. Add the official LINE account “DeNAアカウントお知らせ” as a friend
3. Complete the link to your DeNA account when prompted
4. ¥500 arrives in your DeNA cash within ~1 week
The genuinely useful part: you can actually spend it
This ¥500 isn’t trapped in a dead-end app. Set up a DeNA Pay card in your phone’s Apple Wallet and pay with it via iD or Visa Touch — tap to pay at almost any konbini or store that accepts them. Real, spendable money.
The catch (read this part)
∙ To pay via Apple Pay, you’ll need to register your address in the app first.
∙ To withdraw cash to a bank account, you need identity verification (本人確認), and a minimum recorded balance (DeNA sets a ¥3,000 floor for bank transfers on its other campaigns — confirm in-app for this one). So a lone ¥500 is easy to spend by tapping, but not to cash out on its own.
∙ The ¥500 is “DeNA cash,” usable for payments — not a direct bank deposit.
